Yes. As part of your package we supply you with 5 e-mail addresses so that you can correspond professionally

Can I add web tools like

sign-up, survey or product
feature area to my web site?
Yes, yes, yes and yes. With Rapid eStore these are
considered standard features that are available to all
customers. There are also other tools available to help
you market your web site and drive visitor interest.
Do I need to know
HTML or any other
programming language to use
Rapid eStore?
We’ve done all the work for you! Our system
is developed specifically for non-technical people so
you never have to worry about deciphering code or fumbling
with development tools.
If I do know HTML
or basic design and would like to customize my web site
the way I like it, can Rapid eStore accommodate me?
Yes. We have made certain tools available for the
advanced users that may want to further customize their
web sites beyond the standard. For example, customers
can change their headers or insert custom made graphics.
Can I upload PDFs,
MP3s, images, spreadsheets and word documents to my
Rapid eStore web site?
Yes. Of
course, you can edit/add/delete items at will –
anytime and from anywhere.

No. While the content and any other items you upload
are yours, the web site and design will not run on any
other server or host provider. The Rapid eStore system
is proprietary to Rapid eStore.
Can I change my web
site once I’ve built it?
At any time you can upgrade your design with a simple
click of a button. This will be especially useful considering
a web site’s life is usually 2 to 3 years.
Instead of beginning the process all over again, you
simply select a new design (we’re constantly adding
new ones) that suits you and away you go. The process
is quick, easy and painless.
What will a web site
cost me?
Free for the first 6 months, $39 per month
thereafter.
Is any software required?
No. We’ve intentionally made our entire system
web-based for a number of reasons:
- It’s easy for you to manage
and access from anywhere in the world
- No software downloads or files
which means you don’t have to purchase upgrades

is no configuration or installation required on your

How do I build a Rapid eStore website?
Step-by-step. Rapid eStore has developed an easy-to-use
system that walks you through the entire process from
start to finish. Rapid eStore is specifically tailored
for non-technical people so all you have to do is follow
the easy steps we’ve laid out for you.
More than anything else, we realize that if it’s
not easy for you, it’s not useful. So don’t
worry about being technical.
Everything is web-based, so as long as you have an
Internet connection, you’re in business –
no software to buy, upgrade or install.
Can I cancel my
Rapid eStore
web site at any time?
Yes. Because you are not signed on to a lengthy
contract of any kind, you are never obligated to remain
a Rapid eStore
customer.
Is a credit card or checking account required to open a store?
No, Rapid eStore has created a truly free website
solution. For the first 6 months no payment method is
needed. If after 6 months, you want to continue the
service, we will request a payment option at that time.
Are there any additional
costs?
Just a domain renewal charge of $15 per year if we
register your domain.
Are there any hidden
costs I should worry about?
Absolutely none! As a company founded
on integrity, we promise that there will be no surprises
once you’ve signed up.

service?
No, you must sign up for a Rapid eStore merchant
account. Please contact us for additional information.

How will I receive
orders from my customers?
You will
receive an auto-responder (to the e-mail address you
specify) immediately notifying you of the transaction.
It's this simple: you get the auto-responder and fulfill
the order based on the transaction.
Of course, it is your responsibility to fulfill the
order from your customers.
Can I use my own
web address (or domain name) with my Rapid eStore
site, or do I have to use a web address that includes
Rapid eStore?
Both options are available to you.
We strongly recommend your own domain name (for example,
www.mycompany.com) as it looks much more
professional and will be easier to remember for your
customers. You
simply have to have your domain name point to our servers
and we take care of the rest.
If you don’t have a domain name however, you
can still have a domain set up through us temporarily
or as long as you need (for example,
mycompany.Rapid eStore).
Can I connect/link
my Rapid eStore web site with another web site?
Absolutely. This is simply called a 'hyperlink', and
you have full control over how many web sites you link
to.
How secure is my
Rapid eStore account?
No one can access your account except for authorized
Rapid eStore personnel. Using the same security measures
as online banking, we provide the utmost in security.
What security does
Rapid eStore offer for its E-commerce package?
Rapid eStore automatically encrypts your confidential
information in transit from your computer to ours using
the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption
key length of at least 128-bits (the highest level commercially
available and used by all major banks).
In fact, Rapid eStore's encryption "scrambles"
your data into a completely illegible format it cannot
be interpreted. Our systems allow for up to 1024-bit
encryption.
Will anyone else
be able to access my account details or data?
No. This information is password protected so only
you know your information.
Will my web site
always be available to my customers?
Our customers’ web sites are available 99.5%
of the time. Because we are constantly improving our
service we may temporarily interrupt service for a few
seconds while we add the latest upgrade. Of course,
we always perform this maintenance during off-peak hours.
